1) Lucy Dean Stockton, an editor and reporter with The Lever, discuss her recent article co-written with Matthew Cunningham-Cook, "Automakers Hand Billions To Shareholders While Stiffing Workers," the United Auto Workers historic strike that was launched against the big three U.S. automakers on September 15th, and the current state of the U.S. labor movement.

2) Ruth Conniff, Editor-in-Chief of the Wisconsin Examiner examines the Republican-controlled Wisconsin Senate vote to fire the state’s nonpartisan top elections official Meagan Wolfe, and the GOP legislature's scheme to impeach Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Janet Protasiewicz, that is linked to the state's extreme partisan gerrymandered district maps, and state law re: women's reproductive rights.

3) Alan Minsky, Executive Director of Progressive Democrats of America, and Anthony Flaccavento, Executive Director of the Rural Urban Bridge talk about their joint Initiative, "A Rural New Deal" report, that proposes a plan that is "urgently needed to build and rebuild local economies across rural America."

4) Byron Belitsos, an award winning publisher and principal author of the acclaimed "One World Democracy" (2005), which is based in part on political teachings of the Urantia Revelation. He'll talk about the International Day of Democracy (Sept. 15th,) and the Earth Constitution Institute's advocacy for a democratic world federation, and the formation of "World Electoral Districts on four continents, with the aim of electing delegates to a Provisional World Parliament to be held next spring in Pondicherry, India.
