3) John H. Cushman Jr., Managing Editor of Inside Climate News talks about a recent Harvard University Study that confirmed his publication's earlier investigation that concluded that oil company giant Exxon misled the public about climate change. He'll also discuss issues related to fossil fuel industry accountability for the destructive consequences of climate change, including the the devastation wrought by Hurricane Harvey in East Texas.

4) Veteran social justice activist and WPKN/Between The Lines Radio Newsmagazine producer Melinda Tuhus, discusses the upcoming Aug. 31st rally at New Haven's City Hall to pressure Mayor Toni Harp to move the city's operating funds out of Wells Fargo bank, a financial institution that invested in the Dakota Access pipeline, other dirty energy projects and immigration detention facilities. Wells Fargo has been heavily fined in major scandals involving money laundering and stealing from their own customers.
