1) Marjorie Cohn, professor emerita at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, past president of the National Lawyers Guild and author. She'll discuss the ongoing impeachment inquiry, now moving on to the next stage of drafting articles of impeachment. She'll also share her views on how narrow or broad these articles should be, the strength of the case against Trump -- and the likely outcome of a trial in the U.S. Senate -- as well as the consequences/ precedent of acquittal.

2) Michael J. Wilson, director of Maryland Hunger Solutions, discuss his group's response to the Trump administration issuing new, final rules that will effectively take food off the tables of nearly 700,000 people who will be cutoff from SNAP/ Food Stamp benefits, because they will be unable to meet federal work hour requirements, that states will no longer be able to waive.

3) Lori Wallach founder and director of Public Citizen's Global Trade Watch discusses Congressional - White House negotiations on scheduling a vote to ratify a revised version of NAFTA -- assessing the good, bad and ugly in the USMCA - the United States, Mexico, Canada Agreement.

4) Cheri Quickmire, executive director of the Connecticut chapter of Common Cause, talks about her group's democracy agenda legislative priorities for the coming year -- including: limiting big money’s influence on CT elections; Passing automatic voter registration and Restoring statewide net neutrality protections.
