Chuck Wolfe is a Harvard educated coach and consultant. He has worked for Harvard Business School, Exxon Mobil, and for 10 years was Director of Leadership Development for The Hartford. In 1994 he started his own consulting practice and has worked for top companies as an executive coach, keynote speaker, consultant and trainer. Clients include companies such as Aetna, Travelers, Cigna, AIG, Allstate, Kaiser Permanente, Fidelity, Bank of America, Allianz, GE, UTC, Coca Cola, Sheraton, Gaylord, Foxwoods, US Coast Guard , Yale New Haven Hospital, MIT Sloan School and Wharton Leadership Development Center. 11 years ago he formed a strategic alliance with the pioneers in emotional intelligence and he has gained an international reputation as a leading expert in the field.

On WPKN he hosts his own radio talk show the first and second Wednesday of each month from 12 - 1 PM called “The Emotion Roadmap: Take the Wheel and Control How You Feel.” He has recently added to the leadership coaching and consulting services he has with keynotes on the role of emotions in successfully implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
