1) Helen Santoro, a reporter with The Lever, talks about her recent Lever News article, "J.D. Vance Wants Police To Track People Who Have Abortions," issues related to reproductive rights in the 2024 election, and Donald Trump and his party's message that came out of the Republican convention in Milwaukee.

2) Michael Lynk, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and former U.N. special rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian Territories from 2016 to 2022, discusses the International Court of Justice ruling that Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank and east Jerusalem were established and are being maintained in violation of international law, declaring that Israel should cease all new settlement activities and evacuate settlers from Palestinian territories.

3) Aaron Regunberg a member of the group Pass the Torch Joe steering committee, discusses his group's campaign to pressure President Biden to step aside as the Democratic party's presidential candidate. Now that their mission has been accomplished, he’ll talk about the next steps in choosing another Democratic presidential candidate before and after the convention, and the changed dynamics of the campaign to defeat Donald Trump and the Republican party’s extremist agenda.

4) Helen Humphreys, Communications Coordinator with the Connecticut Citizen Action Group, discusses her group's CT legislative climate change agenda, what action listeners can take at the state and local level to address the climate crisis, and CCAG's Cycle4CT fundraiser.
