1) Thomas A. Saenz, president and general counsel of MALDEF, Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, discusses two rulings issued by the U.S. Supreme Court last week on 1) temporarily blocking the Trump administration's effort to insert a question on U.S. citizenship in the 2020 Census -- and 2) the conservative majority's definitive ruling that bars federal courts from hearing challenges to partisan gerrymandering of Congressional districts designed by state legislatures.

2) Mel Goodman, senior fellow at the Center for International Policy, an adjunct professor of international relations at Johns Hopkins University, who had a 42-year career in the Central Intelligence Agency, Department of State and at the Department of Defense’s War College. Goodman, author of a number of books including, “A Whistleblower at the CIA: The Path of Dissent,” and “American Carnage: The Wars of Donald Trump.” talks about his recent article titled, "Trump's Russia Problem."

3) 2018 Maine gubernatorial candidate Betsy Sweet, the first well-known Democrat to announce a campaign to run against U.S. Senator Susan Collins, the four-term Maine Republican. Collins has been targeted for defeat in the 2020 election for her votes supporting President Trump, including her vote favoring confirmation of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

4) Jeff Cohen, media critic, founding director of the Park Center for Independent Media at Ithaca College, founder of the media watch group FAIR, and co-founder of the online activist group RootsAction.org, discusses Roots Action's recent report titled, "Bad Blues: Some of the House Democrats Who Deserve to be Primaried," which included CT's 4th Democratic U.S. Congressional Representative Jim Himes, whose voting record, Roots Action says, landed him on the list.
