1) Kevin Gosztola, managing editor of Shadowproof who also produces and co-hosts the weekly podcast, "Unauthorized Disclosure," examines the Trump administration's 17 count indictment against Wikileaks founder Julian Assange for violating the Espionage Act for his publication of classified military and diplomatic documents related to American military's conduct in the Iraq War in 2010, which many journalists warn constitutes a direct threat to freedom of the press under the first Amendment to the the U.S. Constitution.

2) Paul Pillar, who served in several senior positions with the CIA and the National Intelligence Council, is nonresident senior fellow at Georgetown University's Center for Security Studies. Author of the book, "Why America Misunderstands the World: National Experience and Roots of Misperception," Paul discusses rising tensions between the Trump administration and the government of Iran, which could lead to armed conflict between our two nations.

3) Noah Greenwald, Endangered Species Director with the Center for Biological Diversity, discusses the recent UN Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services report which warns that as many as 1 million species are now at risk of extinction if we don’t act to save them.

4) Lindsay Farrell, state director of the Working Families Party of Connecticut, talks about the current campaign to pass the Paid Family and Medical Leave Act in the Connecticut General Assembly, having already won Senate passage.
