1) Anthony Torres, Communications/ Political Director with the group By The People, discusses a nationwide coalition's plans for future protest actions and nonviolent civil disobedience on the eve of the Senate impeachment trial vote.

2) Carol Jenkins, co-president and CEO of the ERA Coalition, discusses the state of Virginia's recent passage of the Equal Rights Amendment, becoming the 38th state to do so -- and the ongoing, decades-long campaign to ratify the ERA to the US Constitution.

3) Journalist Daniel Denvir, the author of "All-American Nativism" (forthcoming from Verso Press), Visiting Fellow in International and Public Affairs at Brown University’s Watson Institute, a writer in residence at The Appeal, and the host of The Dig podcast on Jacobin Radio. Here Daniel talks about his recent Jacobin magazine article, "What a Bernie Sanders Presidency Would Look Like." It being MLK Day he'll also consider how Bernie's agenda overlaps with MLK's movement for social justice.

4) Kim Ives, an editor with the Haiti Liberté newspaper, talks about the latest developments in Haiti including: President Jovenel Moïse ruling by decree, his drive for a new Haitian Constitution...as well as the status of the nationwide protest movement as the nation observed the 10th anniversary of the Jan. 12th earthquake.
